Randolph David Reynolds Jr, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly sold cocaine to a police informant at the Relax Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.
While being taken into custody he was found with meth in his sock.
Reynolds is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, sale of cocaine and two counts contempt of superior court.
