Bill Daniel Bagwell, 31 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a drill set from Walmart and then went to sell it at Cash America Pawn.
Reports added that Bagwell sold the set for $50.
Bagwell is charged with theft by conversion, theft by deception and theft by shoplifting.
