Michael Sidney Eugene Collins, 26 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he lied to police and was found with methamphetamine.
Reports said that he was found with a bag of meth and a syringe containing the drug.
He is also accused of lying about his identity to police.
Collins is charged with possession of meth, drug related objects and giving a false name to police.
