Barbara Ann Baird, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found with numerous Oxycodone pills wrapped in a plastic baggie during a traffic stop this week.
Reports said that Baird was a passenger in the vehicle.
Baird is charged with manufacturing/delivering/distribution/selling/possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
