Kilene Lynn Boatner, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she intentionally and without permission of another person charged $605.34 on a Master Card.
Reports said that Boatner used the money at the JailATM over 18 transactions.
Boatner is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
