Michael Fancisco Pascual, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly kidnaped a child from her home and took her to a shed behind her house where he held her against her will and rapped her.
Reports said that incident occurred between 10:24 Sunday night and 3:30 Monday morning.
Pascual is charged with child molestation, statutory rape and kidnapping
