Jamie Dale Cooper, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a stolen scooter out of San Antonio, Texas.
Reports identified the scooter as a Razor E100 electric scooter.
Cooper is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
