Enrique Domingo, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he grabbed, pulled and held a woman against her will.
Reports stated that Domingo then refused to give woman her purse back before attempting to leave the scene with her standing outside the car, which placed her in fear of receiving a violent injury.
Domingo is charged with simple battery and reckless conduct.
