Heather Danielle Jones, 38 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said she got on top of a 40 year-old man and ripped a chain off of his neck. Reports added that she then proceeded to hit him on the neck and arm.
The alleged incident occurred in front of three children at a location on Terrace Avenue.
Jones is charged with battery and three counts cruelty to children.
