Joie Lana Gowans, 59 of Dallas, was arrested in Rome after he allegedly stole a car he was taking for a test drive.
Reports said that Gowans left the victim’s home and never returned with their car.
The incident occurred back on June 26th at a home on Hooper Avenue.
Gowans is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
