Hunter Jerome Moss, 56 of Coosa, was jailed this week after report said he was found to be growing marijuana at his home on Highland Boulevard.
Reports said that authorities located 37 plants, a smoking device and numerous firearms during the execution of a search warrant.
Moss is charged with three counts purchase, possession, distribution or sale of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and possession of a gun during the commission of a crime.
