Anthony Neal Hancock, 26 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he had vaginal and oral intercourse with a child under the age of 16.
Reports stated that the sexual relations occurred at a home on Grove Avenue in Lindale back on April 3rd of this year.
Hancock is charged with aggravated child molestation and sodomy.
