Joshua Tyler Lewis, 28 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he entered Etowah Park on Kingston Highway while intoxicated while using profane language toward children.
After being taken to the Floyd County Jail he was found in possession of a bag of marijuana.
Police went on to state that due to Lewis’ injuries from his intoxicated state he was taken to a local hospital, where he began to be loud and use profane language toward staff. While at the hospital Lewis allegedly attempted to kick an officer in the head.
Lewis is charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, and crossing the guard line with drugs.
