Forest Cody Shipp, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stabbed a two people, one of which was a 60 year-old man, with a metal object and then attempted to stab another.
The incident occurred at a home on Calhoun Avenue.
Shipp is charged with three counts aggravated assault and three counts possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony.
