Keith Robert Lee, 29 of Rome, was arrested at the Brewhouse during a Ying Yang Twins concert over the weekend after he was found yelling and screaming profanities on the sidewalk.
Reports said that Lee disturbed the public by causing a scene.
Lee is charged with city disorderly conduct.
