Michael Anthony Foster, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week at the Family Dollar on North Broad Street after reports said he acted in a “violent and tumultuous manner” and started a fight with a 65 year-old man.
Reports added that Foster damaged some of the victim’s property in the altercation.
Foster is charged with affray, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
