Matthew Cleveland Stapleton, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was found with a glass smoking device containing methamphetamine, heroin, and Tramadol.
Stapleton was taken into custody at the intersection of Rome and Cemetery Roads in Cave Spring.
Stapleton is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I and IV controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
