Joshua Danford, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found operating an unsafe vehicle and in possession of drugs.
Reports said that Danford was found driving the vehicle on Ga 101 near the Spur. A search of Danford led police to allegedly find a small piece of a plastic pill which had the markings of Clonazapam.
Danford is charged with possession of a controlled substance, operating an unsafe vehicle and pills not in original container.
