Manuel Lewis Finley, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a vehicle at Redmond Family on East 2nd Avenue and stole two pair of reading glasses, $4 in change and a bracelet.
Reports stated that the total amount of items taken is $54.
Finley is charged with theft by taking.
