Geoffrey William Neilson Blaine, 46 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he struck his wife with a vehicle, which caused serious injury to her head.
Reports stated that the victim’s head hit the ground after being hit.
Blaine is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and DUI.
