Damien Lee Green, 21 of Cartersville, was arrested in Rome at a location on 1st Avenue after he allegedly threatened to “mess him up” and then proceeded to throw a cup at the 39 year-old victim.
Reports added that the cup hit the victim in the shoulder.
Green is charged with battery.
