Three Atlanta men, Roland J Faltz, 21, Laquan A Glasgow, and Deshaun Gregory Boyd, 31, were arrested at Tobacco for Less in Armuchee this week after using forged cards to buy over $10,000 worth of tobacco.

Reports stated that officers also located a “forged trans card device” in their vehicle.

Boyd is accused of lying to police and to have been driving on a suspended license.

All three are charged with criminal possession of financial transaction card forgery devices.

Faltz and Glasgow are additionally charged with nine counts each of financial transaction card fraud and forgery of a financial transaction card.

Boyd is additionally charged with driving on a suspended license and giving false information to police.
