Shareen Little Tear Scoggins, 36 of Armuchee, was arrested this week after she allegedly made “unwanted physical contact” with a 10 year-old child.
Reports said that Scoggins caused physical injury to the child’s face. The incident occurred at the Circle K on North Broad Street.
Scoggins is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
