A 50 year-old woman, Pamela Diane Pounds, was jailed in Rome, after she was found lying down sleeping on the ground near North Broad Street and North Avenue.
Reports said that officers found her, her clothing and a pillow along a public sidewalk on a vacant lot.
Pounds is charged with urban camping.
