Brittany Jean Cowan, 24 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said she attacked the father of her children in front of them.
Reports said that Cowan had previously been banned from having any contact with the victim before she allegedly went to see him at a location on Tremont Drive.
While there she is accused of hitting the 27 year old man while using profane language in front of the children.
She also allegedly tossed a car seat on the ground with a one month old child inside.
Cowan is charged with aggravated stalking, simple battery, disorderly conduct, two counts cruelty to children in the second degree and two counts cruelty to children in the third degree.
