Christopher Jerome Garrett Sr, 48 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he sold a counterfeit substance that was supposed to have been meth to an undercover agent.
The drug deal occurred back on January 7th.
Garrett is charged with possession of meth, possession or distribution of a controlled substance and giving false information to police.
