Dena Ann Barton, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she went onto another’s property on Nanellen Road and called a man a “ni**er” after threatening to punch him in the face.
Reports added that Barton had previously been told to stay off the property.
Barton is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
