Tyler Norton Timbrook, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he hit his 57 year-old mother with a chair and then proceeded to destroy her property.
Reports stated that Timbrook put multiple holes in the wall, damaged a toilet seat, caused an A/C unit to malfunction and then broke the chair in which he later attacked the victim with.
Timbrook is charged with simple battery and criminal damage to property.
