Omar Rashad Thompson, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was pulled over for playing his music too loud.
Reports said that during the traffic stop officers discovered that Thompson was driving on a suspended license.
Thompson is charged with loud music and driving on a suspended license.
