Gregory Nazee Lee, 63 of Rome, was arrested for DUI and drug possession after reports said he narrowly missed hitting a motorcycle on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports stated that the officer observed Lee making an illegal turn in front of the motorcycle, nearly causing a collision. After pulling Lee over, the officer said he detected alcohol in the vehicle and allegedly spotted a 25 ounce opened Bud Light in the cupholder.
While being placed under arrest the officer located crack cocaine in the vehicle.
Lee is charged with DUI, possession of cocaine, open container and failure to yield the right of way.
