John Evan Gunn, 56 of Rome, was arrested after reports said he grabbed a woman and pulled her into his truck, leaving a visible injury to her arm.
Reports added that once he got the victim inside his truck he hit her in the mouth and then threatened to kill her.
Gunn is charged with battery and terroristic threats and acts.
