Lloyd Everett Towe, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold meth to a cooperating witness.
Reports said that the drug deal went down on June 17th.
He was captured during a traffic stop later. During the stop he was found with additional meth.
Towe is charged with three counts possession of meth, two counts sale of meth, two counts possession of meth with intent distribute and probation violation
