Two Romans, Dennis Anthony Whatley Jr, 34, and Jonathan Benjamin Whatley, 36, were arrested at the Budget Inn on Martha Berry Blvd after they allegedly were found with a large amount of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Reports said that a search turned up a large amount of meth, a digital scale, marijuana, multiple plastic baggies and a handgun.
Both are charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
Dennis Whatley is additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony
