Samuel Anthony Ruth, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sexually molested a 6 and 9 year-old child.
Reports said that Ruth masturbated and ejaculated in front of a 9 year-old child before asking the child to do the same at a home on Pleasant Valley Road.
Reports added that Ruth also masturbated in front of a 6 year-old before using his hands to fondle the child’s vagina.
Ruth is charged with two counts child molestation.
