Tiffany Naconda Edwards, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she damaged a man’s car by scratched “fu** boy” on it and covered it with mustard.
She is also accused of entering the vehicle and removed their wallet and cellphone without permission.
Edwards is charged with entering an automobile with intent to commit a theft or felony and criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.
