Brandy Leann Heath, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found intoxicated and acting in a “loud boisterous state” walking along Turner McCall Blvd near 1st Street.
Reports added that Heath was using vulgar language in public.
Heath is charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
