Charles Rashun Echols, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly posted a nude photograph of a woman without her permission on Facebook.
Reports added that while taking him into custody he was found in possession of cocaine and a digital scale.
Echols is charged with aggravated stalking, possession of cocaine, possession of drug related objects, prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic commissions and probation violation.
