Daniel Walters Patrick, 49 of Rome, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he pulled a gun and threatened a woman at a home on Friar Tuck Road.
Reports added that Patrick is a convicted felon, thus not allowed to possess a firearm.
Patrick is charged with terroristic threats and acts, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and probation violation.
