Samantha Denise Rodriguez, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she injured another woman during an altercation on Woodbine Avenue.
Reports said that Rodriguez grabbed the victim by the hair, threw her on the ground and busted her lip.
Rodriguez is charged with simple battery.
