Keith Eugene Leath, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold methamphetamine to a cooperating witness.
Reports added that the sale occurred at a location on Olmstead Street.
Leath is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and sale of meth.
