Elijah Brookshire, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he forced an underage female family member to engage in sexual relations with him.
Reports said that Brookshire “performed an immoral and indecent act” with the child between April 2012 and April 2013.
Brookshire is charged with rape, child molestation, incest and cruelty to children
