Justin Cody Lee Higgins, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a person’s check book, bank cards and driver’s license.
Reports added that Higgins then signed the victim’s name on numerous checks.
The theft occurred at a home on Vann Road.
Higgins is charged with theft by taking and fourth degree forgery.
