Carl Raymond Otto, 64 of Rome, was arrested after he execution of a search warrant at his home on Donley Drive turned up a large amount of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Reports said that the meth was packaged for distribution.
Otto is charged with possession of amphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects.
