Michael Damien McBurnett, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly used another person’s bank card to transfer $150 in cash to himself without the victim’s approval.
The incident occurred back on December 12th.
McBurnett is charged with theft by taking and financial transaction card fraud.
