Herbert Sebastian Shiflett, 29 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he refused to allow a 23 year-old woman to come out of the closet.
Reports stated that Shiflett detained the victim inside the closet inside a home on Burnett Ferry Road as they were attempting to serve a warrant on him. Shiflett is charged with false imprisonment and two counts contempt of court
