A pair of Romans, Felisia Kristine Holmes, 31, and Kenteurius Dimon Kent, 31, were arrested at Garden Lakes Park near the Elementary School after they were allegedly found breaking into a bathroom.
Reports said that the couple damaged the lock in order to get into the bathroom, which belonged to the Rome Floyd Parks and Recreation Department.
Both are charged with criminal trespass and loitering.
