Nileshbhai Chaudhari, 29 of Lindale, was arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 34 year-old woman at the Dollar General in Lindale.
Reports said that Chaudhari wrapped his arms around the woman’s neck and began to drag her out of the store.
Chaudhari is charged with kidnapping and battery.
He is currently on an ICE hold.
