Justin Scott Irwin, 38 of Rome, found himself behind bars this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Eastover Drive.
Reports said that Irwin broke into the property and proceeded to steal close to $50,000 in items.
The burglary occurred on October 4th.
Irwin is charged with burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass.
