Sabra Daphine Lindsey, 26 of Rome, was arrested at her home on David Road after reports said she allowed a minor child to “witness her using strong abusive language” toward another woman.
The victim reported that she was placed in her of her wellbeing.
Lindsey is charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree.
