Gabriel Kendell Ragland, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week at a hotel on Martha Berry Blvd after reports said he violated a protection order and proceeded to stalk a 32 year-old woman.
Reports said that Ragland caused visible injury to the woman by using his hands in an offensive way.
Ragland is charged with battery and aggravated stalking.
